Our Business & Tax Administrator support clients with their VAT obligations & registrations, globally. Dealing with tax registrations, obligations, VAT advisory and e-commerce consultancy.
We apply a client-centric approach and are currently looking to recruit professionals who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to provide comprehensive advice - from providing practical guidance on VAT regulations and changes, cross-border transactions, and ensuring that they are fully compliant with VAT law.
Business & Tax Administrator, the role:
To provide VAT reegistration Consultancy of the highest standard continuously to your client portfolio.
Calculating and filing European VAT returns in a detailed and timely manner, ensuring the highest accuracy is maintained.
Advising clients of their VAT liabilities, which tax office to make payments to, reminding clients proactively in terms of outstanding returns and ensuring that European filings, EC Sales, and Intrastat reporting are in place where or if required.
Communicating with the tax offices regarding your clients’ accounts and obligations.
Engage in email correspondence with representatives of Partner Companies regarding the status of VAT declaration processes.
Provide ongoing reports on the registration status.
Assist in preparing VAT registration forms based on documents received from the EU and non-EU entities.
Preparing procedure descriptions for internal operational purposes.
Managing a client portfolio of registrations for any/all jurisdictions.
Communicating with clients and internal colleagues across the different offices – both via email and phone calls.
Assisting with back-end office submission of registrations on behalf of wider premium BDA and VISA teams.
Organising and verifying documentation in the client folders ready for submissions.
Managing client’s accounts in co-ordination with the Credit Control Department.
Providing great customer service to build trust, rapport, and a strong relationship with your portfolio.
VAT Registrations in both Poland and EU countries
Training, supporting, and developing new members of the team.
Sorting out client queries on VAT registrations
Business & Tax Administrator, the person:
Experience working in VAT/Accountancy/Finance Business experience.
Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement (Email, Phone, and face to face (ad hoc)).
Works well in a team as well as independently.
Strong organisational skills
Quick thinker and fast learner
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
