Role: Tax Administrator

Salary: Depending on experience

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid)

We are hiring for a Tax Administrator to support clients with their VAT obligations & registrations, globally - dealing with tax registrations, obligations, VAT advisory and e-commerce consultancy.

Tax Administrator, the role:

• Calculating and filing European VAT returns in a detailed and timely manner, ensuring the highest accuracy is maintained.
  
• Communicating with the tax offices regarding your clients’ accounts and obligations.
• Liaison with Tax Authorities on VAT Issues.
• Managing VAT administrative duties and paperwork.
• Managing VAT queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Remaining up to date with VAT law and any changes in VAT legislation.
• Providing great customer service to build trust, rapport, and a strong relationship with your portfolio.
• Ad hoc projects as and when they arise

Tax Administrator, the person:

• Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement.
  
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in Polish and English.
• Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent multi-tasking ability.

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

• Experience working in VAT/Accountancy/Finance department.
